The club hosts circuit training every Friday evening at Guys Camps, West Wing. Coached by Calvi Thompson, these sessions are designed for all club members to build strength.
1. DO I NEED TO SIGN UP?
There’s no need to sign up – just show up! Your first session is free. Circuits is open to social and full members.
2. IS THERE A FEE?
Nope. Circuits is FREE for members. Membership starts at just £15 a year.
3. HOW HARD IS IT?
As with most training, it’s only as hard as you want it to be. We don’t force people into doing any exercise that they cannot do. You’ll find the atmosphere supportive and motivational.
4. WHERE DO YOU MEET UP?
West Wing, Guys Campus. Go straight to Activity Room 1.
5. IS THERE A BAG CHECK AVAILABLE?
Yeah, you can leave your bag securely in the room.
6. WHAT ABOUT SHOWERS & TOILETS?
There are showers and toilets right next to activity room 1.
7. I DON’T WANT TO RUN, BUT I WANT TO DO CIRCUIT TRAINING
That’s totally fine. We have members who take our social membership just to join the circuit training.
