A vital part of athletic training and achieving your goal – be it running faster or jumping and throwing further is strength and conditioning. S&C is essential to gain in power and out-perform your rivals.

King’s Athletics is proud to have partnered with King’s Sport Performance to offer a weekly S&C session for our competing athletes.

Bright and early on Monday mornings from 7-8am, before lectures start, you can come down to the performance gym in Macadam and get in a S&C session amongst your busy schedule.

These sessions are run by Chris McCann and the other performance coaches at King’s Sport, and they will provide 1:1 coaching ensuring you reach your maximum potential, achieve your goals and get the most from the sessions.

These sessions are capped at 15 people.
